Hi friends, it’s Nicki!
I recently committed to take part in a challenge where I will be sending one piece of happy mail each day throughout the month of July. I was really excited to join in this challenge, because happy mail is just about my FAVORITE thing ever, but creating 30 days of unique mail was a little daunting for me to think about at first! I knew that I’d definitely have to use some of my Sonshine stamps to create a notecard that I’d send to one of my recipients!
I’m absolutely obsessed with anything floral, so I had to use the Floral stamp set to create one of the notecards.
I started by stamping on watercolor paper that I cut down to size.
I then used some Tombow brush pens and water to add some loose color and paint splatters to the card! I finished with a handwritten sentiment on the front (also using Tombow pens).
And that’s it! I love how easy it is to create something that could make someone’s day. 🙂 Have you sent out happy mail? If you have, what’s your go-to method for creating it? If you haven’t, what’s holding you back?!
